As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 218H.033 to 218H.110, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
1. “Client” means a person who employs, retains, contracts for or otherwise uses or engages the services of a lobbyist to represent the interests of the person to one or more members of the Legislative Branch, whether or not any compensation is paid for the services. 2.
