Definitions
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 385A.030, 385A.040 and 385A.050 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 385A.030, 385A.040 and 385A.050 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.

“Committee” means the Joint Interim Standing Committee on Education created pursuant to NRS 218E.320.
“Title I school” means a public school that receives money pursuant to the Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015, 20 U.S.C. §§ 6301 et seq., and is obligated to comply with the provisions of that federal law.
“Title I school district” means a school district that receives money pursuant to the Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015, 20 U.S.C. §§ 6301 et seq., and is obligated to comply with the provisions of that federal law.
The provisions of this chapter do not supersede, negate or otherwise limit the effect or application of the provisions of chapters 288, 391 and 391A of NRS or the rights, remedies and procedures afforded to employees of a school district under the terms of collective bargaining agreements, memoranda of understanding or…
