Definitions
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 577.020 and 577.030 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.

Application for and acceptance of gifts and grants
The Director may apply for and accept any gift, donation, bequest, grant or other source of money to carry out the provisions of this chapter and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
