Subject to the provisions of Sections 2, 3 and 4 of this Act, reproduced copies of the following forms, reports and schedules may be filed in lieu of the original copy: (a) capital stock tax return or schedule required by the General Revenue Law of Illinois; (b) any personal property tax return or schedule required by…
In order to be acceptable for filing, reproduced copies shall conform to the following standards: (a) be facsimiles of the official form, produced by photo-offset, photoengraving, photocopying, or other similar reproduction process; (b) be on paper of substantially the same weight and texture and of a quality at least…
