Short title

15 ILCS 30/1
As used in this Act: "Disaster" has the same meaning as provided in Section 4 of the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act
As used in this Act: "Disaster" has the same meaning as provided in Section 4 of the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act. "Disaster area" means the area directly affected by or threatened with a disaster. (Source: P.A. 102-955, eff. 1-1-23; 103-154, eff. 6-30-23.)
