Quorum. A majority of the members of the Subcommittee shall constitute a quorum, and all recommendations of the Subcommittee shall require approval of a majority of the total members of the Subcommittee. (Source: P.A. 101-98, eff. 1-1-20.)
Administrative support. The Governor's Office shall provide administrative support to the Youth Homelessness Prevention Subcommittee as needed, including with respect to compliance with State ethics laws, the Open Meetings Act, and the Freedom of Information Act. (Source: P.A. 101-98, eff. 1-1-20.)
Meetings. The Youth Homelessness Prevention Subcommittee shall hold at least 6 meetings each year, but otherwise shall meet at the call of the chair. (Source: P.A. 101-98, eff. 1-1-20.)
