Reporting requirements. (a) Within 18 months after the effective date of this Act, the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, in coordination with relevant State agencies, shall compile a report concerning all State and federally funded job training and workforce development programs in this State. Coordination with State agencies. Relevant State agencies shall collaborate with the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to ensure the timely and accurate collection of information required for the report described in Section 10. (Source: P.A. 103-928, eff. 8-9-24.)
Publication and accessibility. The Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity shall submit the report described in Section 10 to the General Assembly and the Governor and make the report accessible to the public on the Department's website no later than 18 months after the effective date of this Act.
