Short title. This Act may be cited as the Governor's Bill Action Report Act. (Source: P.A. 86-1324.)
The Governor shall report any action taken by him pursuant to paragraph (b), (d) or (e) of Section 9 of Article IV of the Constitution on any bill passed by the General Assembly to the Clerk of the House of Representatives and the Secretary of the Senate within 2 days after taking such action.
