The State of Illinois ratifies and approves the following compact: PEST CONTROL COMPACT ARTICLE I. Consistent with law and within available appropriations, the departments, agencies and officers may cooperate with the Insurance Fund established by the Pest Control Compact. (Source: Laws 1967, p. 679.)
As required by paragraph (h) of Article IV of the compact, the Insurance Fund shall file copies of its bylaws and their amendments with the Secretary of State. (Source: Laws 1967, p. 679.)
