Short title. This Act may be cited as the Local Government Billing Act.(Source: P.A. 104-328, eff. 1-1-26.)
Definitions. As used in this Act: "Corporate authorities" includes, but is not limited to: (1) the county board of a county; (2) the corporate authorities of a municipality; (3) the township officials of a township; and (4) the board of trustees of a special district.(Source: P.A. 104-328, eff. 1-1-26.)
