Short title

Short title. This Act may be cited as the Forest Preserve District Tax Levy Validation (1967) Act. (Source: P.A. 86-1324.)

In all cases where a board of forest preserve commissioners of any forest preserve district having a population of 500,000 or more inhabitants has heretofore, during the fiscal years, 1965, 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973, 1974, 1975, 1976, 1977, 1978, 1979, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987…
