Short title

Short title. This Act may be cited as the Township Library Bond Validation (1963) Act. (Source: P.A. 86-1324.)

Where in any township, prior to the time this Act becomes effective, a majority of the votes cast at an election on the proposition to issue township library bonds were in favor of such proposition, and the ballots used and notice given of said election were in conformance with the applicable statutory requirements, ea…
