Short title. This Act may be cited as the Student Parent Data Collection Act. (Source: P.A. 102-88, eff. 7-9-21.)
Definitions. In this Act: "Parent" means the parent or legal guardian of a child who is under the age of 18 years. "Public institution of higher education" or "institution" means a public community college or public university in this State. (Source: P.A. 102-88, eff. 7-9-21.)
