Short title

Each public institution of higher education shall permit senior citizens accepted for admission to enroll without the payment of tuition in regularly scheduled credit courses, other than credit courses designed specifically for senior citizens, provided that available classroom space exists and tuition paying students…

Nothing in this Act shall preclude public institutions from requiring fees, other than tuition, subject to approval by the institution's governing board, for individuals attending credit courses pursuant to waivers granted under this Act. (Source: P.A. 84-338.)
