Scope. This Act is applicable to electronic communications services and remote computing services incorporated or organized under the laws of this State or maintaining property or assets in this State. (Source: P.A. 95-983, eff. 10-3-08.)
Penalties. A provider of electronic communications services or remote computing services who violates this Act by failing to register under Section 10 is subject to a civil penalty in an amount not to exceed $500 for each day that the violation continues.
