Any person, firm or corporation who shall, in any manner, fail, neglect or refuse to comply with any provision in this Act, or any rule or regulation promulgated hereunder, shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. Each day's violation constitutes a separate offense. (Source: P.A. 78-255.)
