Definitions. As used in this Act: "Animal part or product" means any item that contains, or is wholly or partially made from, the following animal family, genus, or species: cheetah (Acinonyx jubatus), elephant (Elephantidae), giraffe (Giraffa camelopardalis), great ape (Hominoidea), hippopotamus (Hippopotamus amphibiu…
