Short title. This Act may be cited as the Internet Caller Identification Act. (Source: P.A. 95-413, eff. 1-1-08.)
Definition. As used in this Act: "Caller identification" means the display of the caller's telephone number or identity to the recipient of the call. (Source: P.A. 95-413, eff. 1-1-08.)
