As used in this act: (a) "Adjudication of guilt" means any of the following: (i) Entry of a judgment or verdict of guilty, or guilty but mentally ill, following a trial. The commission shall make an annual report to the governor that includes pertinent data regarding the law enforcement officer minimum standards and the degree of participation of municipalities in the training programs, and any other information the governor requests or the commission considers appropriate.
The members of the commission shall serve without compensation. The members of the commission are entitled to their actual expenses in attending meetings and in the performance of their official duties.
