Preston Schmidt overpass; designation.
The Bristol road overpass that spans the railroad tracks located on Michigan highway M-121 in Genesee county shall be known as the "Preston Schmidt Overpass".

Erection of markers.
The state transportation department shall only provide for the erection of suitable markers at the approach to the overpass indicating the name of the overpass when sufficient private contributions are received to pay the cost of erecting those markers.
