Short title.
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "wildlife depredations indemnification act".

This act shall be known and may be cited as the "wildlife depredations indemnification act".
As used in this act: (a) "Commission" means the commission of agriculture and rural development. (b) "Department" means the department of agriculture and rural development. (c) "Livestock" means that term as it is defined in section 3 of the animal industry act, 1988 PA 466, MCL 287.703.
