The vote upon such proposition shall be by printed ballot, and such ballots shall be in the following form: "For the issuing of bonds to (Purpose) Yes [ ]." "For the issuing of bonds to (Purpose) No [ ]." The election shall be conducted and the votes canvassed in all respects, as in other township or village elections.
If at an election a majority of the qualified electors present and voting upon the proposition vote in favor of the loan, the bonds shall be issued by the township board of the township or the village council or board of trustees of the village, as the case may be.
