Short title.
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Michigan historical commission act".

Definitions.
As used in this act: (a) "Commission" means the Michigan historical commission created in section 3. (b) "Department" means the department of natural resources. (c) "Michigan history center" means the Michigan history center established in the Michigan history center act.
