As used in this act: (a) "Bed and breakfast" means that term as defined in section 4b of the Stille-DeRossett-Hale single state construction code act, 1972 PA 230, MCL 125.1504b. A hotel or bed and breakfast may refuse to rent or lease a hotel room or a bed and breakfast room to a minor other than an emancipated minor.
A hotel or bed and breakfast shall comply with section 146 of the Michigan penal code, 1931 PA 328, MCL 750.146.
