Said resolution and the rules, regulations and conditions enacted thereunder shall within 5 days after their adoption and before the same shall take effect, be published by posting the same in 3 conspicuous places in the township, and an affidavit of said posting shall be filed in the office of the township clerk.
Any person, firm, association or corporation which shall operate such an establishment without a license, or shall violate any rule, regulation or condition, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 100 dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail…
