State agency contracts made after July 27, 2025, for purchases of call center services, with the exception of interpreter services, must provide that the work performed by the contractor or its agents or subcontractors be performed entirely within the United States of America.
This chapter does not permit withholding or denial of any payments or benefits under any other law to workers that relocate to a foreign country.
This chapter may be known and cited as the Washington call center jobs act.
