Zachary Nunn: personal finances

What Zachary Nunn owns, owes, earns outside Congress and trades, from the financial disclosure reports they file about themselves. This is not campaign money. Who gave to their campaign is a different filing, on their contributors page.

The balance sheet below is from their annual report for 2025, filed August 13, 2026; the trades are from every filing on record. Read from the Clerk of the House on September 25, 2026.

None of these figures is a number, and the first one is not a net worth. A financial disclosure is a row of tick-boxes: a filer reports that an asset is worth “$15,001 to $50,000”, never that it is worth $31,204. Every figure on this page is therefore a range, and a total of forty ranges is a very wide range. The form also does not ask about a personal residence that earns no income, about congressional salary, or about the exact value of anything, so “assets less debts” is what the report discloses and not what the member is worth. It is a floor and a ceiling on part of a household’s finances, published because the law requires it to be published.

The shape of it

The four figures below are the tables further down this page, grouped. Nothing here is a number a filer wrote: a column’s solid part is the total of the low ends of the bands they ticked and its pale cap runs on to the total of the highs, so a tall pale cap is a wide disclosure and not an uncertain measurement. The ring divides the low ends alone, which is why it says “at least”.

What they report owning, and owing
  • Reported assets$619k to $1.7M34 lines
  • Reported debts$350k to $750k2 lines

Every column is read from $0. The solid height is the total of the low ends of the bands the filer ticked; the pale cap runs on to the total of the high ends, and is the range the form allows — not a margin of error and not a guess.

What the holdings are
  • Property and land2 holdings$350k to $750k
  • Bonds, cash and other securities4 holdings$201k to $465k
  • Everything else14 holdings$40k to $252k
  • Retirement, pensions and insurance1 holding$15k to $50k
  • Funds and managed accounts13 holdings$13k to $195k
  • Every group$619k to $1.7M

A slice needs one number and a filer ticks a range, so each arc is its group’s floor — the total of the low ends they ticked — and the figure in the hole is the total of those floors. The band printed beside each group is the real answer, and it is wider than the arc. Grouped from the asset type on each line of the filing. A holding whose type the filing did not give, or that this site does not recognise, is in “Everything else” rather than guessed at.

Where the year’s money came from
  • Earned outside Congress—1 source, 1 with no figure
  • From the holdings$20k to $66k5 sources, 29 with no figure

Every column is read from $0. The solid height is the total of the low ends of the bands the filer ticked; the pale cap runs on to the total of the high ends, and is the range the form allows — not a margin of error and not a guess. Congressional salary is on neither column: the form does not ask, because it is public and nearly identical for every member. A filer reports their own earned income to the cent, which is why that column can be a hairline, and a spouse’s only as a payer with no figure at all, which is why it can be counted and unpriced. 29 holdings reported no income figure.

Drawn from Zachary Nunn’s own filings, and from nothing else. Who gave to their campaign is a different filing entirely — none of it is in these figures, and it has a page of its own.

What they own

Every asset Zachary Nunn reported on their annual report for 2025, covering 2025: what it is worth and what it paid out over the year, both as the bands the form offers rather than as figures. A personal residence that earns no income is not on this form and is not missing from the table — the law does not ask about it.

Whose they are

The law asks about a spouse’s and a dependent child’s assets as well as the member’s own, so these figures are a household’s and not one person’s.

Jointly held1$50,001 to $100,000
Spouse15$41,015 to $267,000

Every holding, largest first

Ordered by the middle of each band, which is used to sort and is never printed: the form reports a range and a midpoint would be a precision it refuses.

What they earn

Two different things, and the form treats them differently. Earned income is money for work — salary, fees, a pension, a book advance — and a filer reports their own to the cent and a spouse’s only as “over $1,000” or not at all. Unearned income is what the assets above threw off, reported in bands like the assets themselves. Congressional salary is on neither list: the form does not ask, because it is public and nearly identical for every member.

Earned income

SourceKindAmount
NUNN ENTERPRISES (SPOUSE)Spouse Salary—

1 line above reports no amount. That is the form, not a gap in this page: it does not ask what a spouse’s salary was, only who paid it.

Unearned income from the assets

The income column of every holding above, added up. Dividends, interest, rent and capital gains, each reported as a band, so the total is a band several times wider than any single figure in it.

$20,005 to $65,600 over 2025, from 5 holdings reporting income.

What they owe

Debts over $10,000 owed at any point in the year, as bands. A mortgage on a personal residence is reported only in the circumstances the form sets out, so an absent mortgage is not evidence there is none.

Reported liabilities total $350,002 to $750,000 across 2 debts.

What they trade

Every securities transaction Zachary Nunn has reported, newest first, from their periodic transaction reports and from the transactions schedule of each annual report. Under the STOCK Act a trade over $1,000 must be reported within 45 days of the filer learning of it, which is what the last column is: the clock runs from that date, so a trade reported months after it happened is not necessarily late.

A trade reported twice is counted once here. A sale in March is disclosed on a periodic report within 45 days and again on the next annual report, so rows agreeing on date, asset, direction, amount and owner are collapsed, and the document linked is the one that disclosed it first. Two genuinely separate identical trades on one day would collapse too: that is an undercount, and it is the one this page prefers to a double count.

8 trades in 2025 · 28 trades in 2024 · 1 trade in 2022.
