§ 1005.757 Incentive payments.

As an alternative to foreclosure, or eviction where applicable, as prescribed by Section 184 Program Guidance, HUD may authorize, an incentive payment to: (a) Borrowers that complete certain loss mitigation options or for their agreement to vacate the property after foreclosure, under the terms established by the Secretary; (b) Holders or Servicers for their completion of certain loss mitigation options; and (c) Tribes or TDHEs for their assistance in loss mitigation, sale, or transfer of the Trust Land property.
