Section 495. Definitions.
495-a. Sale of lithium-ion batteries and second-use lithium-ion
batteries.
495-b. Tags on charging cords of micromobility devices, limited
use motorcycles, and bicycles with electric assist.
495-c. Lithium-ion battery safety resources.
495-d. Operating manuals for micromobility devices, bicycles
with electric assist and limited use motorcycles
powered by lithium-ion batteries, and lithium-ion
batteries intended for use in such devices or bicycles.
