Notwithstanding any provision of section 121.95 of the Revised Code to the contrary, sections 121.95, 121.951, 121.952, and 121.953 of the Revised Code do not apply to rules adopted by the Ohio casino control commission under Chapter 3775. of the Revised Code. Last updated March 15, 2022 at 4:46 PM
