The tax commissioner may adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to carry out this chapter, including rules prescribing the necessary accounting for the collection fee under division (B) of section 128.46 of the Revised Code. Last updated September 19, 2023 at 11:06 AM
