(A) An individual or public or private entity providing information, documents, or reports to a drug overdose fatality review committee is immune from any civil liability for injury, death, or loss to person or property that otherwise might be incurred or imposed as a result of providing the information, documents, or reports to the review committee.
(B) Each member of a review committee is immune from any civil liability for injury, death, or loss to person or property that might otherwise be incurred or imposed as a result of the member's participation on the review committee. Last updated October 19, 2021 at 5:16 PM
