In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number two hundred sixty-nine between the intersection of that route and Potter road and the intersection of that route and Parker road, in Erie county, shall be known as the "Patrolman Paul L.
