The chief elected official of a local area shall enter into a written grant agreement with the director of job and family services in accordance with section 5101.20 of the Revised Code.A grant agreement entered into pursuant to this section shall include the responsibility of the chief elected official or officials to be accountable to the department of job and family services for the use of funds provided through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, including regulations issued by the United States department of labor pursuant to that act.
