§ 126.3 Definitions.

Classified information has the meaning given to that term in Executive Order 13526 or any successor Executive Order. Communication technology means telephone or a videoconferencing platform. Other protected information means other information that the government is authorized by statute, regulation, or Executive order to withhold. Sensitive Security Information (SSI) means information described in 49 CFR 1520.5. Substantial evidence means such relevant evidence as a reasonable mind might accept as adequate to support a conclusion. Transportation Security Oversight Board (TSOB) means the board established pursuant to 49 U.S.C. 115. Transportation Security Oversight Board (TSOB) Review Panel means the panel established pursuant to 49 U.S.C. 46111(d) to consider an appeal from a decision of an administrative law judge as the result of a hearing under 49 U.S.C. 46111(b).
