Court of Claims Federal Grant Fund. The Court of Claims Federal Grant Fund is created as a special fund in the State treasury. The Fund shall consist of federal Victims of Crime Act grant funds awarded to the Court of Claims from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Office for Victims of Crime for the payment of claims pursuant to the Crime Victims Compensation Act
