Federal HOME Investment Trust Fund. The Federal HOME Investment Trust Fund is created. All moneys received under the Federal HOME Investment Partnerships Act, including any interest earned and any repayments of loans under that Act, shall be deposited into the Federal HOME Investment Trust Fund.
