Grants from the Intermodal Facilities Promotion Fund. In State fiscal years 2010 through 2016, all moneys in the Intermodal Facilities Promotion Fund, held solely for the benefit of eligible developers, shall be appropriated to the Department to make infrastructure grants to eligible developers pursuant to agreements.
