Immunity. The exemptions from civil liability in Section 15.1 of the Emergency Telephone System Act apply to any act or omission in the development, design, installation, operation, maintenance, performance, or provision of service directed by this Act. (Source: P.A. 104-417, eff. 8-15-25.)
