Hearing by other hearing officer. Whenever the Secretary is not satisfied that substantial justice has been done in the revocation, suspension or refusal to issue or renew a license, the Secretary may order a rehearing by the same or other hearing officer. (Source: P.A. 97-1098, eff. 7-1-13.)
