The provisions of the "Uniform Commercial Code", enacted by the Seventy-second General Assembly, shall remain in full force and effect in respect to warehouses, warehousemen, personal property, persons, depositors and receipts coming within the purview of this Act. (Source: Laws 1961, p. 2307.)
