Disclosure to mandated reporting source. A mandated reporting source as provided in Section 4 of this Act may receive appropriate information about the findings and actions taken by the Child Protective Service Unit in response to its report. The information shall include the actions taken by the Child Protective Service Unit to ensure a child's safety. (Source: P.A. 92-319, eff. 1-1-02.)
