Costs. Whichever entity initiates the process of obtaining undesignated epinephrine delivery systems and providing training to personnel for carrying and administering undesignated epinephrine delivery systems shall pay for the costs of the undesignated epinephrine delivery systems.(Source: P.A. 104-229, eff. 1-1-26.)
