Penalty for violation. Except as provided in Sections 22 and 23 of this Act, a person who violates this Act shall be guilty of a petty offense and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $200 for each violation. (Source: P.A. 95-1019, eff. 6-1-09.)
