Market research study. The Illinois Cannabis Regulation Oversight Officer shall conduct a market research study on or before January 1, 2022. The study shall evaluate the ownership demographics of licensees and applicants for licenses under this Act. (Source: P.A. 102-98, eff. 7-15-21.)
