(was 720 ILCS 625/1) Sec. 1. No person shall subject, or cause to be subjected, any barley, wheat or other grain to fumigation, by sulphur, or other material, or to any chemical or coloring process, whereby the color, quality or germ of such grain is affected. (Source: Laws 1877, p. 91.)
