§ 1952.22 Puerto Rico.

(a) The Puerto Rico State plan received initial approval on August 30, 1977. (b) OSHA entered into an operational status agreement with Puerto Rico. (c) The plan covers all private-sector employers and employees, with several notable exceptions, as well as State and local government employers and employees, within the State.
