Illinois Administrative Procedure Act. The marketing program, procedures relative to the adoption of any marketing program or amendment to an existing marketing program shall not be subject to the provisions of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act. (Source: P.A. 92-158, eff. 7-25-01.)
