Federal aid-Cooperation with government. Subject to the provisions of Section 41, the Department is authorized to cooperate with the Government of the United States, and any agency, department, or officer thereof, in the acquisition, construction, development, improvement, operation or maintenance of air navigation facilities in this State, and to comply with the provisions of the laws of the United States and any rules or regulations made thereunder for the expenditure of Federal monies upon such air navigation facilities.
