Joint operations. The Department may exercise its powers and perform its functions under Sections 72 to 76, inclusive, in co-operation with or jointly, as the case may require, with the United States, any agencies or departments thereof, other states, and with municipalities or other political subdivisions and agencies of this State and other states.
